The Matthew22 Fund was set up in February 2022, following the passing of our son Matthew Ben Hollingworth through bone cancer, originally set up as a special fund for Bone Cancer Research Trust, gaining registered charity status in October 2023, we raise funds to support organisations which care for children suffering rom life changing illnesses, the frants we issue support those patients and families, as we know, having been in this situation, how worrying and stressful this time can be.

Childhood Eye Cancer Trust
Children's Heart Surgery Fund
The Give A Duck Foundation
We also support local community projects and groups. Going forward, it is our intention going to expand the support and funding we offer to local community projects. The charity also gives us the platform to help and support others, such as, local businesses, individuals, sports teams and amateur darts players.
Following our appearance on Michael McIntyre's Big Show in February, the charity has received a lot of attention and unbelievable support from the public, we are determined to feed off this success and keep providing the support and care patients and families need at times of adversity.
