At the Donaldson Trust, we believe every neurodivergent person deserves to be understood, valued, and supported to live life to the fullest. As the national body for neurodiversity, we support children, young people and adults, helping them discover their strengths and build confidence for the future.

In our Sensational Learning Centre, an ASN school, education is shaped around each child’s individual needs, giving them the chance to grow, achieve and shine in their own way.

Vibe is a safe, welcoming space for young people aged 12–18 who are not in mainstream education. Here, they can rebuild their confidence, learn coping strategies and reconnect with education at their own pace.

Through Gate, young adults are supported to develop new skills, strengthen their wellbeing and take steps towards independence, with guidance that helps reduce stress and build resilience.

Our Treehouse service offers adults aged 16+ a calm and supportive environment, with specialised programmes designed to boost individuals’ wellbeing, confidence and independence.

Alongside this, our training, consultancy and policy work help create change across society; raising awareness, improving opportunities and ensuring neurodivergent voices are heard at the highest levels.
