No Limits has been providing life-saving support to children and young people aged 25 and under in Hampshire, Southampton, Portsmouth and Isle of Wight for over 30 years. Starting out as an advice charity, our services have expanded with increased need and we have been recognised nationally for the effectiveness of our work – winning the Children and Young People Now Award for Health and Wellbeing in 2022 for our holistic, mental health support, including prevention, early intervention and crisis services. We support an average of 7,000 children and young people each year and aim to provide support for every level of need: from prevention at our school health and wellbeing drop-ins; early intervention at our drop-in Advice and Wellbeing Hub, through our counselling service and our social prescribers; crisis support at our out-of-hours Safe Havens and through youth workers in hospital Emergency Departments.
