My Sisters’ House Women’s Centre is a community-based organisation providing resources, services and strength tailored to the needs of women. We work across the Arun and Chichester districts to offer responsive, trauma-informed support that empowers women to build safe, hopeful futures.
Violence against women and girls has no place in our society. No woman should live in fear or desperation. At My Sisters’ House, we create safe, women-only spaces where women from all backgrounds can connect, share experiences, and receive support without judgment.
Our services are always free, inclusive, compassionate, and accessible. We help women through a wide range of challenges including domestic abuse, welfare issues, mental health, and skill development. We recognise their strengths, acknowledge their difficulties, and help them achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Our vision is that no woman in our community should face abuse, poverty, mental illness or other disadvantages alone. Every woman deserves support that helps her live a healthy, empowered life and reach her full potential. We do this in a women-centred, trauma-informed way that treats each woman as an individual.
