Emmie's Books is a UK charity dedicated to bringing comfort and joy to children undergoing cancer treatment through the magic of stories. Inspired by Emmie, a brave young girl treated at Great Ormond Street Hospital, the charity was founded by her family to share the power of books that helped Emmie through her own journey. We donate carefully chosen books to hospitals, children’s cancer wards, and families, creating moments of escape, imagination, and connection during the toughest times. Each book is selected with love, aiming to spark smiles, inspire courage, and provide a gentle distraction from hospital life.
