Childhood First is a charity renowned for our unique approach to caring for severely traumatised children in our therapeutic communities based in Kent and Norfolk.

Local authorities refer these children to us because we deliver the highest quality of specialist care and treatment that leads to the best possible outcomes. We transform the lives of children and young people whose life prospects are otherwise unbearably bleak. 

We have four residential homes and one Special School, located in Norfolk and Kent. They offer a warm and therapeutically designed environment where the children, probably for the first time in their lives, can feel secure, stable and nurtured.
