Chelsea Foundation is the charitable arm of Chelsea Football Club. Using a hyper-local, impact focused approach Chelsea Foundation meaningfully supported over 10,000 people last year.
The power of football is key in breaking down barriers, driving social change and positively affecting cultural attitudes. Chelsea Foundation is formed by these values and a drive to ensure football is used as a force for change, giving back to the communities we serve.
The work of the Chelsea Foundation has three strategic themes. Wellbeing – Supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of our communities. Community – Building trust, inclusion and cohesion within our community. Futures – Investing in the education, development and future of our community.
Our communities are at the heart of everything we do. Chelsea Foundation’s work centers around three core communities. The London boroughs closest to Stamford Bridge, including Hammersmith & Fulham, the communities closest to Kingsmeadow, the home of Chelsea Women, and those living near our Cobham Training Ground in Surrey. Chelsea Foundation. From the game, for our communities.
