Cardinal Hume Centre

"We are in the heart of Westminster helping young people, children and families in the local area break the cycle of homelessness and poverty.

For over 35 years we have worked with families and young people who are homeless, living in temporary or unsuitable accommodation, refugees, asylum seekers and individuals who have had to flee abusive homes. We offer practical support to remove barriers, supporting people to access free employment, legal and housing advice.

We believe everyone should have a safe place to live and the opportunity to thrive.

A SAFE SPACE TO PLAY AND LEARN - Our Family Centre is a safe space for local families. We run homework clubs, cooking workshops and support sessions for parents.

A SAFE HOME - Our supported accommodation houses 55+ homeless young people each year, offering them round the clock care, and support to learn essential life skills.

EMPLOYMENT ADVICE - Our employment team support people into sustainable careers to ensure financial stability.

FREE IMMIGRATION SUPPORT - Our Legal Immigration team offer free support with citizenship applications and immigration status to ensure people can access help.

HOUSING AND WELFARE - Our housing and welfare specialists support people to access safe housing options and available public support."
