brainstrust, the brain cancer people

There are over 60,000 people living with a brain tumour in the UK, and only 32% of those diagnosed this year will be alive by the end of 2016. Being told ‘you have a brain tumour’ is terrifying, isolating and confusing. We know. brainstrust is the charity and the community that’s here to help these people and those who look after them, whoever they are, and wherever they are on their journey. Your support means we can help thousands of people to feel more in control, feel less alone and be less afraid in the face of a terrifying brain tumour diagnosis. As well as being there 24/7 for our patients and their carers, brainstrust works with hospitals to secure the best care for people with a brain tumour, and because we truly understand, we’re able to campaign for the brain tumour community to help solve real issues.
